As Xavier students explore their professional goals outside of Xavier, we encourage them to seek the advice of professionals working in the fields they are considering. Through Flash Mentoring, professionals can make themselves available for one-time, individual conversations. These conversations will allow students to build knowledge of their desired field, job function, organization, or graduate program so they can become better prepared to represent Xavier in the workforce. There is no long term commitment and you can adjust your availability at any time.
